Even cases where suspensions are seemingly justified on the surface (like Talib Kweli’s suspension for harassing Twitter uses for criticizing him). People are smart enough themselves to decide if something is true or ‘misinformation’ or ‘disinformation’. It is an insult to our intelligence to decide ‘for us’ what is or isn’t ‘true’.
